Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds follow the supplier's rules. Airline refunds are processed once the airline releases funds, less any penalties and our service fee. Hotel cancellations are free only where stated at booking. Visa service fees are non-refundable once work has started. Request a cancellation in Manage Booking.
