Terms & Conditions

These terms govern bookings made through SWOT Consult. By booking you agree to the fare rules of the airline, the hotel's policies and the terms of each supplier. Prices are confirmed only once payment is received. Names must match the passport exactly; name corrections may attract airline fees. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy and government fees are non-refundable. Flight and hotel reservations for visa purposes are provided as temporary reservations for documentation and are not travel tickets.
